Student injured in Park Rapids Plane Crash
All Air China contract flying has been suspended until further notice.
Li Yang, an Air China student pilot, walked away from a "totaled" UND Cessna 172 aircraft that impacted the ground shortly after takeoff around 10 p.m. Saturday night, according to Jeff Voigt, owner of Park Rapids Aviation.
Yang's aircraft crashed approximately 100-150 yards off the end of the runway.
Nationwide search continues for two top UND officials

UND President Robert Kelley has appointed a search committee to help find UNDs next Vice President for Health Affairs and Dean of the UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
Kelley tapped UND Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Paul LeBel to lead the search.

Parking has always been a sore spot for this university. Students don't like to pay very much for their permits and they like even less to pay for the tickets that result from not buying a permit.
And they're grumbling even more this year because of the spike in permit prices that UND has implemented.
